We understand that a tremendous amount of "behind the scenes" planning must take place before your event.  Rush Creek is here to assist you in every way.

• Dedicated Tournament Coordinator.  We will be here to answer every phone call or email.  You will have someone personally working with you in planning your event from start to finish making sure everything goes according to plan!
• Outside Service Staff.  They will personally and professionally greet your guests as they arrive and organize the cart staging area.  Even escorting your guests to their starting hole by leading them onto the course in a train-like format.  At the end of the day, the clubs will be cleaned and returned to their vehicles without a worry!
• Personalized Cart Tags & Scorecards.  We only need your pairings list one day in advance to get started and will make last minute changes to ensure that all of your guests feel welcome and important.
• 2008 Yamaha Golf Carts.  Our new fleet of golf cars comes complete with GPS, club covers and individual coolers.  Your guest will be comfortable all day long!
• Beverage Carts.  Strategically located at two spots on the golf course as well as a full service bar in the clubhouse ensures your guests will see them every 3-4 holes.
• On Course Leaderboard.  Fun for every group as the GPS systems allows players to see who is leading throughout the round!
• Registration & On-Course Tables.  These will be provided free of charge no matter what your needs may be. 
• Hole Contests.  Longest Drive, Closest to the Hole, or Longest Putt - You name it and we can set it up for you.  We can even assist with Hole in One Insurance & vehicles for display.
• Signage.  Our staff will take this burden off of your shoulders and ensure that all signage is in place before play begins.  We even offer GPS options that could save you the money and hassle of plastic signs!
• Rental Clubs.  A great selection of up to 25 sets from Cobra & Titleist.  We can get more if notified in advance.
• Clinics.  Do you have clients that aren't ready for the course?  We can offer a beginner clinic during the day for their enjoyment.  We also offer pro tips at the driving range or on-course "Beat the Pro" options.
• Merchandise/Prizes.   Each package includes dollars toward merchandise in our golf shop.  We can assist you with tee gifts, prizes, or gift certificates for the winning team!  Ask about group discounts as well.
• Catering.  Our award winning chefs can create the perfect menu for your event.  From box lunches to on-course food stations or elegant dinners.  Your options are endless and your guests will walk away completely satisfied!
